Spatial Planning & Flow Analysis
(This is standard with all our homes)
The foundation of a functional home. Before we break ground, we can dive deep into your floorplan. We analyse the “flow” of your daily life—optimizing furniture layouts, lighting, and room transitions to ensure your home feels spacious and intuitive.
Selection Styling & Material Curation
Your vision, expertly refined. We know that choosing every tile, tap, and timber can feel overwhelming! To make it easy, we offer three ways to style your space:

The Fast-Track
Skip the stress and choose one of our professionally curated designer packages.
The Guided Experience
$1500 – $3500. We become your creative partner and turn your inspiration images into a master moodboard and a fully customized package that fits your style and budget perfectly. You’ll also get 3D rendered images of your homes interior to help visualise the end product and help you feel more comfortable with your choices!
Custom Joinery & Cabinetry Design
Beauty is in the details. Standard cabinetry rarely fits a custom life. As part of your build journey, you will have your cabinetry custom designed and 2D drawings to sign off on. If you upgrade to the Guided Experience package, We include 3D detailed drawings of your cabinetry in the rooms to help visualise the end product.
Furniture Sourcing & Final Styling
The finishing touch. A beautiful house becomes a home through the right textures and tones. We can assist with sourcing furniture, window treatments, and décor that perfectly complement your new architecture, making your move-in day truly effortless.
