The Build Story

Our Seymour Project was a board and batten and weatherboard painted home that stood out from the crowd.

It had a steep upward slope that required a split level home to make the most of a large block that didn’t have any level areas for family living. By utilising the land and building with it we managed to achieve a very reasonable back yard that was completely level.

This home had provision for working from home or in-laws downstairs with its own bathroom and study space as well as living room and media room. Upstairs was the main family zone with 3 bedrooms including master suite and other kitchen, living, dining, main bathroom and laundry.

The main standout feature is the raked ceiling which runs through the kitchen living area.

Everything feels luxurious and high quality, The well planned kitchen and living area, making entertaining so easy, The outdoor entertaining area and fully landscaped gardens with wifi controlled irrigation.Being a busy family of 4 the house perfectly suits our lifestyle and give us the flexibility to work from home, easily accommodate guests and plenty of space for our kids to grow and play.The biggest adjustment since moving in has been getting used to the compliments from friends, family and strangers when they see the house. We absolutely adore our house and feel very lucky to live here.
