The Build Story
Grace was a stunning mid split home which was single storey at the front and 2 storey at the rear to contend with the downward sloping level in the land.
The entry level has feature travertine french lay tiles and a glass entry for a light filled and open space. This level had the garage and master bedroom on it. The upstairs rear had the family spaces – 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a huge rumpus room in the centre. The lower level was the heart of the home with all the working spaces – laundry, pantry, kitchen, living and dining plus an extra WC close to the outdoor patio.
The 2 pack kitchen was a showstopper with feature rangehood and stone accents. A dark and moody powder room and massive butlers pantry are the icing on the cake for ultimate family living!
