The Build Story
This project was a particularly tricky project situated on the top of a hill with a downward slope and every boundary on a different
angle. We overcame some of the site constraints by terracing the front yard to create a level rear yard for family use. This single level home was designed with entertaining in mind with a large alfresco that was accessible from multiple rooms and an open plan living/dining kitchen. It also had a separate formal lounge/ media with a fireplace for a breakout space and a dedicated home office.
We also included a 3rd toilet off the main hallway for busy family life.
